Cerulean have a dedicated Technical Support team which offers our customers advice and support for all technical enquiries via telephone, e-mail and now via Cerulean XpertWorldAssist our remote augmented reality training and trouble shooting tool. 

Direct support is available between the hours of 08:30 and 16:45 UK time Monday to Thursday and 08:30 to 15:30 Friday. Our international customers with a Cerulean XpertWorldAssist contract can access local support teams during local working hours (terms and conditions apply).

Remote Support Package

Calibration Services

To ensure accurate measurements calibration standards are available with new instruments but are also available as spares. In addition, the Laboratory offers a re-calibration service for all standards, which may be returned on a one-off or annualised contractual basis, according to customer requirement.

The Cerulean Calibration Laboratory has been accredited under ISO17025 since 2002. The Laboratory also participates in the annual CORESTA collaborative exercises which ensures the robustness of the Laboratory’s activities.

UKAS Accreditation

UKAS is the UK’s National Accreditation Body, responsible for determining, in the public interest, the technical competence and integrity of organisations such as those offering testing, calibration and certification services.

Cerulean is UKAS accredited and can certify new and old standards in their own environmentally conditioned laboratory.
