Cerulean’s trained experts can regularly inspect, clean, and service your equipment. Service Level Agreements offer priority service, meaning that in the event of a breakdown, agreement holders receive faster response times compared to non-contract customers. Quick resolution of issues minimizes downtime and ensures that business operations are not severely impacted.

As an SLA customer, you will receive access to MiCerulean, a digital gateway tool for your Cerulean equipment. The web-based platform is a database of the equipment that you have and also a library of information that is available.

MiCerulean can include multiple sites across the globe that users can access to view their equipment and the maintenance reports of service visits. This system does not record any data from the machines but is a database of the service activities of your equipment, including installation reports, routine maintenance reports, upgrades, and calibrations.
