1945 ♦

Cigarette Components Limited becomes incorporated as part of the Bunzl group.

1961 – Cigarette Components Ltd. form Filtrona Development Ltd. based in Bletchley UK.

1982 – Cerulean launch our first tube packing machine.

1992 – The QTM is launched

1993 – Company moves to its current location in Milton Keynes.

2001 – Company is renamed as Cerulean and new brand identity launched.

2007 – Cerulean's first rotary smoking machine, CR20 launched.

2013 – The first dedicated e-cigarette testing device, the CETI8 is launched.

2017- G.D acquires Cerulean.

2019 - Quantum Neo with x-ray is launched.

2022 - World's first oral pouch test station, Orion is launched.

2024 – Cerulean’s introduction into Inhalation Toxicology, the Aura

2025 - Celebrating 80 years’ of business
