Using a sophisticated x-ray system, the Quantum Neo can see inside these items allowing accurate and fast measurement of segment dimensions, capsule integrity and positioning.

 

Integrating the x-ray shelf (designated “Q” by Cerulean) into the Quantum Neo test station provides a powerful analytical tool when coupled with more conventional measurements such as PDV, size or weight measurements, with the added benefit of leveraging other Quantum Neo capabilities such as auto-sampling from the mass flow or from a GD combiner for the ultimate in QA measurements.
