Cerulean demonstrates Celsius at FoodEx 2018

Cerulean had a stand at the FoodEx 2018 show in Birmingham in April where the Celsius instrument was demonstrated.

The Celsius unit measures the temperature of chilled and frozen food through non-invasive and non-destructive microwave technology.
