Your size standards could be due a reverification or replacement. 

Circumference, diameter, hardness and length are all covered for a variety of Quantum Neo shelves, as well as the CD and CD Express. Incorrect handling can reduce the accuracy of these standards as any damage, rust or grease will invalidate the calibration. Handle the standards by their end caps and store in a storage wise box with special cut foam inside to maximise longevity. 

Reverification is performed at our specialist laboratory in Milton Keynes and this should be carried out annually or once every two years depending on the standard.
