Windows 10 now available for Quantum Neo test station

We are proud to announce the launch of Windows 10 Operating System for our Quantum Neo instrument range. All new orders received after 10th July will be delivered with the new operating system.

Migrating to Windows 10  Operating System offers the user a smoother and faster operational experience and improved built-in support for newer types of hardware including secure boot capabilities with UEFI (unified extensible firmware interface), USB 3.0, high definition screen and solid state drives.

As Microsoft ended mainstream support for Windows 7 on January 2015, with extended support available until January 2020; we strongly recommend customers upgrade their existing Quantum Neo running Windows 7 OS to Windows 10 platform. The upgrade kit consists of a new more powerful PC with Windows 10 OS, new embedded USB shelves communication hub, much faster software, and additional guides to handle 45 mm rods.
